Returns & Refunds Policy

At ChargingEV we are committed to providing quality products and professional service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in accordance with the terms set out below.

Cancelling a Transaction and Returning a Product

You may cancel a transaction and return a product within 14 days of the date you received it, in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

For a return to be approved, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product is new and has not been used.

The product is returned in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals and accompanying parts are included with the product.

The product has not been damaged in any way.

Non-Returnable Products

A transaction cannot be cancelled and a product cannot be returned in the case of:

A product that has been used.

A product that was damaged after delivery to the customer.

A product that was custom-ordered for the customer.

A product that has been permanently connected or installed in a way that does not allow it to be returned in new condition.

Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the payment method used for the transaction.

The refund will be made within up to 14 business days from the date the return is approved.

If a transaction is cancelled for reasons other than a defect or non-conformity, the company may charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the law.

Defective or Faulty Products

If you received a product that is defective, faulty or different from the product you ordered, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

After reviewing the case, the company will offer, at its discretion:

Replacement of the product.

Repair of the product.

A full refund.

Shipping Costs

If a product is returned due to a defect or an error on the company's part, the shipping cost will be borne by the company.

In any other case, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer.

Warranty

The warranty period varies by product model and ranges from 12 to 24 months. The exact warranty period for each product is stated on the product page and in the purchase documents. In the event of a discrepancy, the warranty period stated on the product page at the time of purchase and on the invoice/warranty certificate shall apply.

The warranty does not cover:

Improper use.

Water or fire damage not in accordance with the product specifications.

Damage caused by a fall, impact or improper handling.

Modifications or repairs carried out by an unauthorized party.
