Website Terms of Use – ChargingEV

Welcome to the ChargingEV website. Use of the website, including browsing, purchasing and ordering products, is subject to the terms of use set out below. Using the website constitutes the user's agreement to all of these terms.

1. General

1.1 The ChargingEV website sells chargers, charging cables and accessories for electric vehicles.

1.2 The company may update the website, product prices, the terms of use and these terms at any time and without prior notice.

1.3 Images on the website are for illustration purposes only. There may be slight differences between the images and the actual product.

2. Age Restriction

Use of the website and making purchases are intended for persons aged 18 and over who have the legal capacity to enter into binding transactions.

Minors who wish to make a purchase on the website must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardian.

Placing an order on the website constitutes the customer's declaration that they meet these conditions.

3. Placing Orders

3.1 Placing an order on the website is subject to approval by the credit card company or the selected payment method.

3.2 The company may decline to approve an order in cases of:

A pricing error.

An error in the product description.

Lack of stock.

Suspected fraud or improper use of the website.

Any other case at its discretion and in accordance with the law.

3.3 An order confirmation will be sent to the customer once the purchase process is complete.

4. Prices and Payments

4.1 All prices on the website are shown in New Israeli Shekels (₪).

4.2 Prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

4.3 The company may update prices at any time.

5. Shipping and Self Pickup

5.1 We ship throughout Israel.

5.2 Delivery times for home courier delivery: up to 4 business days; small communities, villages and the Golan Heights – up to 6 business days; South/Eilat route (Mitzpe Ramon, Sde Boker, Yotvata and Eilat) – once a month, at the end of the month. Registered mail – 8–15 business days. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.

5.3 Delays beyond the company's control may occur, including due to high volume, weather, security events or delays on the part of the shipping company.

5.4 Self pickup is available by appointment only from the following address:

Yosef Lapid St 1, Netanya.

6. Cancellations and Returns

6.1 A transaction may be cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

6.2 A product may be returned when:

The product is new.

It has not been used.

It is returned in its original packaging.

All accessories are included.

6.3 If a transaction is cancelled for reasons other than a defect or non-conformity, the company may charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the law.

6.4 The refund will be made after the product has been received and inspected.

7. Warranty

7.1 The warranty period varies by product model and ranges from 12 to 24 months. The exact warranty period for each product is stated on the product page and in the purchase documents. In the event of a discrepancy, the warranty period stated on the product page at the time of purchase and on the invoice/warranty certificate shall apply.

7.2 The warranty does not apply in cases of:

Use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Connection to an electrical supply that does not match the product specifications.

A fall, breakage or impact.

Penetration of water or liquids contrary to the instructions for use.

Repair, opening or modification carried out by an unauthorized party.

Normal wear and tear.

7.3 In the event of a malfunction covered by the warranty, the company may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it or grant a refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Use of the Products

The products on the website are intended for use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions only.

The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility between the charger and their electric vehicle and electrical infrastructure before use.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the website, including images, texts, design, logo, trademarks and content, belong to ChargingEV.

The website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage resulting from the use of the website or the products, except to the extent required by law.
