Shipping Options

Home courier delivery: ₪39, free on orders over ₪990.

Registered mail – Israel Post: free, 8–15 business days.

Self pickup: free of charge, in Netanya (Yosef Lapid St 1), by appointment only.

Delivery Times – Home Courier Delivery

Most of Israel: up to 4 business days.

Small communities, villages and the Golan Heights: up to 6 business days.

South / Eilat route (Mitzpe Ramon, Sde Boker, Yotvata and Eilat): this route runs once a month – at the end of each month.

Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays.

Scheduling the Delivery

We try not to commit in advance to a specific time or date, so as not to promise something that logistics might disrupt. If you have an important deadline, add it in the order notes. We will take the request into account, but we cannot commit in advance to an exact day or time.

Shipping Costs

The final shipping cost is shown on the checkout page before you place your order.

Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to high volume, weather, security events, problems with the shipping company or circumstances beyond the company's control.

Inspecting the Product on Receipt

Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt and report any defect or non-conformity within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipment Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order has shipped.
