✅ Fits most cars in Israel: Type 2 is the standard charging inlet on the electric and plug-in hybrid cars imported to Israel in recent years, including Tesla, BYD, XPENG, MG, Geely, Deepal, Kia, Hyundai, Omoda, Jaecoo, Zeekr and plug-in hybrids.

How to check: A Type 2 inlet on the car has 7 pins and a flat top. A round inlet with 5 pins is Type 1 – found mainly on older cars (such as the first-generation Nissan Leaf) and on some personal imports from the US; for those, choose the Type 1 portable charger. 🔌 Choose a version – 7kW single-phase charger:

The versions differ in cable length and app control. The app version lets you schedule charging, monitor in real time and control the charger from your phone. The no-app version is controlled with the buttons on the charger.

Portable Type 2 EV charger delivering up to 7.2kW with adjustable current of 6A–32A, a display, control buttons on the control box and advanced protections, with a 5 m cable. It plugs into a dedicated single-phase industrial socket installed by a licensed electrician. Also available with app control.

⚠️ Safety: no extension cords, splitters or adapters

Plug the charger directly into a dedicated, suitable socket. Extension cords, splitters and adapters of any kind are prohibited by the Israeli Electricity Authority guidelines for EV charging (sections 12(c) and 9(d)), create a serious fire risk, and void the warranty.

📋 Good to know before you buy

Under the Israeli Electricity Authority guidelines for EV charging, a portable charger (Mode 2) is plugged into a dedicated standard industrial socket (SI 60309) installed by a licensed electrician, on a single-phase circuit at up to 16A.
