Portable charger for Type 1 cars

For EVs and plug-in hybrids with a Type 1 / J1772 inlet – mainly US and Japanese imports and older models. Not sure which inlet your car has? Send us your model and year and we'll check.

It plugs into a dedicated blue CEE industrial socket installed by a licensed electrician. Set the current in the app or with the buttons to match your circuit and the guidelines. The display and app let you schedule night-time charging, monitor in real time and choose the charging power.

Actual charging speed depends on your supply and the car's on-board charger (OBC). Many Type 1 cars charge at 3.3kW to 7kW.

⚠️ Safety: no extension cords, splitters or adapters

Plug the charger directly into a dedicated, suitable socket. Extension cords, splitters and adapters of any kind are prohibited by the Israeli Electricity Authority guidelines for EV charging (sections 12(c) and 9(d)), create a fire risk, and void the warranty. The industrial socket and circuit must be installed and checked by a licensed electrician.
